While Zelo-Jade was born in Las Vegas, Nevada, home of the Nüwüwü and Southern Paiute people, they moved away from the sleepless city into New Mexico after the age of nine. Raised within the deep woods of Picuris Pueblo. And when Zelo-Jade moved away for university, Zelo-Jade began to ride in California in the land of the Tongva and Kizh people. We acknowledge the importance place that each location has within Zelo-Jade's life here including their indigenous acknowledgements.
